Sign Board Installation in Gurgaon: Timeline, Permissions and Site Prep

Installation starts before fabrication. We take on-site measurements of the fascia, check the wall type, and confirm where the electrical point sits. Getting this wrong is the single most common reason a board arrives and does not fit.

Fabrication then runs in our workshop — cutting, forming letters, wiring modules and testing the board lit before it leaves. Typical turnaround for a standard shopfront board is a few working days, faster for flex, longer for large ACP facades and tall 3D letters.

Market associations and mall management in Gurgaon often have their own rules on board size, projection and lighting hours. Check with your building or market office early; it is much cheaper than resizing a finished board.

On installation day, the team needs access to the fascia, a working power point and clearance to work — for higher facades we schedule a ladder or hydraulic platform in advance. Most single-shop installations finish the same day.

After fitting, we test the board at night, tidy the wiring and hand over. If a module or driver fails later, it is a replaceable part, not a new board.
